The related, integrated modules of ActualizeIt provide separate modules for bids, workorders, jobs and purchase orders in addition to people and company contact data, staff, rate cards, and reporting. Optional modules include invoicing for easy generation of custom invoices, timesheets for simple capture of in-house time and materials by person, scheduling for calendar based job and personnel tracking, element tracking/vault for barcoding and inventory of job elements and leads for tracking of the sales effort prior to bidding.
The product is built on cross-platform (Windows and Mac) FileMaker Pro 10, and can be customized and modified to adapt to any special functions you may need. We have proven time and again that it is far more economical and certainly faster to customize and install these applications than to build equivalent solutions from scratch.
