ActualizeIt is designed to address the unique requirements of post, broadcast and FX houses, with features including AICE and AICP industry standard bidding, job tracking, real time actualizing, contact management and robust report capabilities .

Optional modules enable easy generation of custom invoices, simple capture of in-house time and materials by person, expense capture and reporting, calendar based job scheduling and personnel tracking, tracking of the sales leads prior to bidding, and elemement tracking for vault, shipping and barcoding functionality.
